Apprenticeships
ASG Group are committed to forming partnerships with local technical colleges and secondary schools to offer apprenticeships in all areas of our business.
Our Apprenticeship programme is a valuable way in which we nurture the talents of people who have opted to work and earn whilst achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
Our Apprentices benefit from better long-term salary prospects and works on a mutual agreement that allows the Apprentice to gain academic and practical training and support in exchange for work experience. The Apprentice will learn with the very best Masters of Trade or profession of their choice and begin an occupational career whilst contributing to the success and growth of the business.
Entry requirements
Our apprentices must be over 16 years of age, residing in England and not in full-time education. There are different entry requirement depending on the type of Apprenticeship. It is essential that our apprentices be motivated, committed, reliable and enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
