ASG Aerospace Launches to Support Global Supply Chain Resilience

ASG Group has launched ASG Aerospace, a new unified division created to support resilience across the global aerospace and defence supply chain.

Bringing together seven advanced manufacturing and surface treatment sites across the UK and Germany, ASG Aerospace creates a rare mid-sized, vertically integrated supplier. Big enough to invest and export. Agile enough to respond quickly.

ASG Aerospace provides OEMs and Tier 1s with a single, scalable partner for precision machining, long- and short-bed machining, surface treatments and complex assemblies—delivered at scale.

The launch follows over £10 million of investment in the past 12 months, focused on increasing capacity, automation and digital readiness. Key investments include:

• A £2m fully automated TSA surface treatment line in Liverpool

• A £1m DMG long-bed 5-axis machining centre in Bromborough

• A £2m turning centre in Bremerhaven, Germany

• A new facility in Preston and three VTC 800 Mazak 5-axis CNC centres

• Six new DMG Mori and Citizen machining centres in Nottingham and Bradford

• Robotic machining centres in Coventry and Bradford

ASG Aerospace holds Airbus, Boeing, Rolls-Royce, Bombardier and KLA approvals, operates its own in-house surface treatment facility, and maintains a strong UK and European footprint—positioning the group as a dependable and progressive supply chain partner.

Operational performance is already being recognised at the highest level. ASG Arrowsmith is a member of the Rolls-Royce High Performing Supplier Group, ranking among the top suppliers globally for quality, delivery and innovation.

Alongside increased capacity, ASG Aerospace is investing in people. A coordinated approach to apprenticeships, skills development and education partnerships supports future aircraft platforms and helps address the industry-wide skills gap.

ASG Aerospace is built for today’s challenges and opportunities.

Resilient. Integrated. Ready to deliver.
