Come and Join Us – Your Career in Aerospace Starts Here!
At ASG Aerospace, we believe the future of our industry is built by people with curiosity, ambition, and a drive to solve real-world challenges.
Every day, we deliver world-class, safety-critical components and assemblies for leading aerospace, defence, and semiconductor customers. Our teams meet that responsibility with skill, passion, and pride.
This spring, we will open doors across our sites to welcome the next generation of engineers. These open days will give you the chance to meet our team, explore our advanced manufacturing environments and see how we work together to deliver reliable, progressive, and resilient capability.
With nearly 500 people across the North West, Yorkshire, the Midlands and Germany — and an annual turnover exceeding $80m — we are growing fast. Developing our people and building a strong talent pipeline are essential to supporting our prestigious, global customers.
And who better to explain what a career with us looks like than the people already shaping our future? Lewis Westwood, 3rd-year apprentice at ASG Arrowsmith in Coventry, said:
“I completed my NVQ level 3 engineering apprenticeship. There were lots of opportunities for building on knowledge and understanding how processes are completed. I’ve learned things here I could never have picked up from a classroom alone.”
Across all our sites, we help apprentices grow through real responsibility, real support, and real opportunities.
Many of our people join us as apprentices or interns and go on to become engineers, planners, leaders, and specialists. Ryan Neve, who joined as an intern and is now a Production Planner at ASG Arrowsmith, said:
“Working as a Production Planner in aerospace has shown me just how dynamic and rewarding this industry can be. I’ve been trusted with coordinating workflows that directly impact quality and delivery, and the chance to experience different areas of the business has been invaluable. It’s a fantastic environment for anyone who wants a career where problem-solving and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.”
Progression is encouraged at every site. At ASG King & Fowler in Liverpool, apprentices shared what drew them to aerospace. Jack Piercy, MFD apprentice (Magnetic Flaw Detection, found in Non-Destructive Testing), said: “I have always been interested in building things and learning how they work.”
Finnley Amis, PFD apprentice (Penetrant Flaw Detection, found in Non-Destructive Testing), added: “I enjoy the creativity surrounding the different processes in our business.”
Grace Wareing is a first year engineering apprentice at ASG Produmax – “I am really enjoying my apprenticeship so far being able to learn new skills, as well as working with a great group of people.”
Our spring open days will give future apprentices, students, graduates and career-changers the chance to meet our engineers, tour our facilities and explore the opportunities waiting within ASG Aerospace.
If you want a career with purpose, the chance to learn from industry experts and an opportunity to help shape the future of global aerospace, we’d love to meet you.
