100 Days to Farnborough: ASG Aerospace Prepares to Showcase Integrated Capability
With just 100 days to go until the return of the Farnborough International Airshow 2026, ASG Aerospace is preparing to take its place on one of the industry’s most influential stages.
Taking place from 20–24 July at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre, the 2026 airshow is already set to be the largest in its 78-year history— with record demand from global exhibitors and international delegations reinforcing its position as a focal point for aerospace, defence and advanced manufacturing.
For ASG Aerospace, the Farnborough International Airshow is a strategic opportunity to present the strength of its manufacturing footprint across the UK and Germany, and to engage directly with customers operating at the highest levels of the global aerospace supply chain.
The group will exhibit as part of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance pavilion within the UK Hall
Simon Weston, Chief Executive Officer of ASG Aerospace, sees Farnborough as a critical platform for demonstrating not just capability, but cohesion.
“Farnborough is where the industry comes together to have serious conversations about the future,” he said. “For ASG Aerospace, it’s an opportunity to show how our businesses operate as a connected scaled group, delivering consistent, high-quality capability across multiple sites and geographies.”
That connected model is increasingly important as aerospace primes and Tier 1 suppliers look for partners capable of delivering reliability, scalability and resilience across complex programmes.
ASG Aerospace’s presence will focus on its vertically integrated offering —from precision engineering, long bed machining, assembly and finishing through to surface treatments. All underpinned by a European manufacturing footprint designed to support long-term programme delivery.
“Customers are looking for partners who can do more than one thing well,” Weston added. “They want confidence in delivery, flexibility in capacity, and a resilient structure that can adapt as programmes evolve. That’s exactly what we’ve built across the group.”
The 2026 show itself reflects many of the themes shaping that demand. Alongside flying displays and technology showcases, the event’s conference programme will address issues including supply chain resilience, sustainability, defence strategy and next-generation aerospace technologies.
New features such as expanded exhibition space, international pavilions and dedicated SME engagement zones underline the scale and ambition of this year’s event— and the competitive environment in which suppliers must operate.
For ASG Aerospace, the final 100 days will be focused on sharpening that message.
“This is about being ready to engage,” Weston said. “Farnborough is where relationships are built and decisions are influenced. We’re looking forward to demonstrating what we can do, and more importantly, how we can support our customers into the future.”
As the countdown continues, Farnborough once again positions itself as the meeting point for a global industry in transition and for companies like ASG Aerospace, a stage on which capability, credibility and collaboration will be firmly on display.
