ASG Arrowsmith recognised as Incora Best Supplier at Rolls-Royce conference

ASG Aerospace has marked a major milestone in its UK operations after its Coventry-based business, ASG Arrowsmith, was named Best Supplier by Incora at a supplier conference held today alongside Rolls-Royce.

The award was presented at Pride Park Stadium in Derby, where more than 150 attendees gathered for the latest Incora–Rolls-Royce supplier conference. The event brought together Rolls-Royce employees, Incora teams, and members of the Rolls-Royce supplier base managed by Incora across Europe and Asia.

Now in its fourth edition over the past five years, the conference reflects a 33-year partnership between Incora and Rolls-Royce. While earlier events were focused on stabilising and recovering the supply chain following the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2026 conference placed emphasis on sustainability, resilience and long-term performance across the aerospace supply chain.

For ASG Arrowsmith, the recognition underlines its role as a high-performing precision engineering partner supporting both Rolls-Royce UK and Rolls-Royce Germany programmes, as well as the aftermarket sector. The conference provided a forum to align priorities across the supplier ecosystem, reinforce shared objectives in delivering 2026 production and aftermarket plans.

Dave Poole, Procurement Director at Incora, said the event was an opportunity to recognise excellence across the supplier base.

“Excellent day. It was another great opportunity for us to recognise the high-performing suppliers we have the privilege to partner with – Arrowsmith Engineering winning Best Supplier.”

Jason Aldridge, Managing Director of ASG Arrowsmith, said the award was a reflection of both technical capability and cultural alignment with customer expectations.

“This recognition from Incora, announced in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, is something our entire team should be extremely proud of,” Aldridge said. “It reflects the discipline, commitment and zero-defects mindset our people bring to work every day. Being trusted to support such a critical and demanding supply chain is a responsibility we take seriously.”

He added that the award also highlights the importance of collaboration across the aerospace ecosystem.

“Performance today is about transparency, communication and resilience. This conference reinforces how closely customers and suppliers must work together to support both build lines and global aftermarket operations.”

The conference reviewed progress made during 2025 while setting priorities for the year ahead, with a continued focus on quality, communication and uninterrupted supply. Incora’s dedicated Rolls-Royce Supply Chain function outlined ongoing investment in people and processes to underpin reliability across its supplier base.

For ASG Aerospace, the award reinforces the strategic importance of its Coventry site and its role in supporting long-term programmes at the heart of the UK’s aerospace manufacturing sector.
