ASG Arrowsmith Engineering, a stalwart of UK aerospace precision manufacturing, has been formally inducted into the prestigious Rolls-Royce High Performing Supplier Group (HPSG) for 2025 — a global recognition awarded to just 30 companies worldwide.

The HPSG status is reserved for suppliers who consistently excel across critical metrics such as quality, delivery, cost-efficiency, and overall operational excellence. It represents one of the highest supplier honours Rolls-Royce bestows and signals a deeper, strategic partnership with the aerospace giant.

“This is a proud and defining moment for ASG Arrowsmith,” said Jason Aldridge, Managing Director of ASG Arrowsmith Engineering. “To be recognised by Rolls-Royce as a High Performing Supplier is a clear endorsement of the dedication, capability, and consistency of our entire team. It’s a real statement that we operate at the very top of the aerospace supply chain.”

Founded in 1967, ASG Arrowsmith has long been a trusted supplier of complex CNC-machined components for aerospace engine systems, produced in materials ranging from titanium and stainless steels to high-performance alloys like Nimonics and magnesium. With a robust investment strategy in innovation and automation, including the deployment of robotic machining cells and cutting-edge metrology systems, the company has continued to evolve as a future-ready manufacturing partner.

According to Rolls-Royce, membership in the HPSG brings enhanced business opportunities, elevated reputation, and a more integrated role within their global value chain. Members are subject to ongoing evaluations to ensure they meet Rolls-Royce’s uncompromising standards — a process that encourages continuous improvement and long-term collaboration.

“The High Performing Supplier Group is an important responsibility as well as a recognition,” Aldridge added. “It challenges us to maintain and surpass the standards that brought us here. We’re excited to build on this momentum and further our contribution to Rolls-Royce’s next-generation propulsion systems.”

The inclusion of ASG Arrowsmith in this esteemed group places the Coventry-based firm shoulder to shoulder with some of the most advanced manufacturing operations in the world.

Rolls-Royce officially welcomed Arrowsmith into the HPSG via formal confirmation on May 23, 2025. The endorsement follows a year of standout performance, with Arrowsmith already holding its tenth consecutive SC21 Silver Award, and continuing its collaborative work with UK Catapult centres in R&D and process innovation.

“This recognition reflects what we’ve achieved, which is significant, and crucially, how we’ve achieved it - which is a great testament to our team as it recognises their contribution ,” Aldridge concluded. “With integrity, precision, and relentless drive for excellence — values that align perfectly with those of Rolls-Royce.”
